My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms, complete with a comfy sofa bed, were spacious, clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The service was a bit lacking at first due to a noise issue, but the staff ultimately made up for it by being very helpful and friendly. The location is truly the highlight of this place, with a perfect setting in a vibrant and interesting neighborhood. The dining options were adequate, albeit basic, but at a relatively good value for the area.
The hotel room was much bigger than expected and very clean and comfortable, with a slight inconvenience of traffic noise from Old Street. The bedding was fresh but not as comfortable for a relaxing sleep. The location was great, close to transportation and a vibrant area of London, despite some minor noise. The dining experience varied from disappointing with poor consistency to quite lovely with a decent selection. Service was friendly at check-in and check-out, with particularly standout staff members offering great help and advice.
